COMMON QUESTIONS
After you request a free evaluation, KayBeeVending will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a site review. Most approved locations can move from evaluation to installation within several days to a couple of weeks, depending on machine availability and site requirements. We provide a specific timeline after evaluating the location.
Yes. Approved locations sign a service agreement that documents our commitment to stock, maintain and service the machine. There is no minimum term and no capital outlay for the host location. We ask for 30 days' notice if the machine needs to be relocated or removed.
The system tracks sales and inventory levels so restocking can be based on actual usage rather than only a fixed schedule. Popular products can be replenished sooner while slower-moving products can be adjusted.
That's expected. We can adjust the product mix over time based on sales data and feedback from your location.
Yes. About 30 days after installation, we schedule a follow-up with the property manager or site contact to review product mix, restocking cadence and placement. We continue checking in as needed after that.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Correct for approved placements. There is no charge to the host business for the machine, installation, stocking or routine maintenance. KayBeeVending earns revenue from purchases made at the machine.
KayBeeVending operates the machine and earns a margin on products sold. The host location receives the vending amenity without purchasing the equipment or managing inventory.
The machine plugs into the host location's electrical supply. The HAHA Plus 440-AI manufacturer lists power consumption at approximately 2.28 kWh per 24 hours. We can review electrical placement and requirements during the site evaluation.
No cancellation fee or minimum term is planned for our standard placement agreement. We ask for 30 days' notice if the machine needs to be relocated or removed.
No. For approved standard placements, there is no charge for the machine, installation, stocking or routine maintenance. Any unusual site requirement would be discussed before installation.
Most standard food and beverage items are expected to fall roughly between $1.50 and $4.00, with some premium products priced higher. Pricing and product mix can be adjusted based on the location and sales history.
As a general starting point, we look for locations with roughly 50 or more people passing through daily. High-traffic entrances, lobbies, amenity areas and areas near parking access are often strong candidates. The free site evaluation determines whether a placement makes sense.
